William G. Ross The casebook for the course is the two-volume Curtis, Parker, Douglas, Finkelman, and Ross, Constitutional Law in Context (Carolina Academic Press, 3rd ed., 2011). We will use only the first volume during the autumn semester, except for the second half of the final class. The instructor will make photocopies of this final assignment for students who have not yet purchased the second volume. For the first class, students should study Article III of the U.S. Constitution and pages 5-6, 21-39, and 311-312 (through the first paragraph of section B) of the casebook. For the second class, students should study pages 313 to 330 of the casebook. The instructor will distribute a syllabus during the first class meeting.
