The first class will meet Tuesday, January 10 at 3:00 in Room 120

REQUIRED TEXTS:

1. Evidence Under The Rules (7th edition 2011) by Mueller & Kirkpatrick
2. Federal Rules of Evidence: 2011-2012 Edition (West)

ASSIGNMENT:

Assignment for the first class (Tues. January 10):

1. Read pages 1-18 in Mueller & Kirkpatrick;
   and
2. Read Rules 101& 102 in the Federal Rules of Evidence (pages 7-13)

A Course Syllabus will be available and posted on the class TWEN site during the first week of class.
