Unincorporated Business Entities

This course is in part online.  Go to www.omnilearn.net/UBE and navigate to the Syllabus.  You will need to Prepare on Module 1.  Once the “switch is thrown” to make it available to you, you will need the password to access it.  That will be sent separately.  In the meantime, look around the site, and if you find the “hotspot” that links to Boxnet, please click on it and register.  

If you have trouble, we will work it out next Tuesday, but in any case be prepared on Chapter 1 and Chapter 10 of the Casebook
