I.          Required Textbooks

The required coursebook is the 10th edition of the book titled International Business Transactions by Ralph Folsom, Michael Wallace Gordon, John A. Spanogle & Peter L. Fitzgerald and published by West Publishing Company. Recommended, but not required is the Documents Supplement which has been prepared for use with the course book.

II.         Assignment

The class will not meet on January 8, 2013. For our first class on January 15, 2012, please read pages 2-24 for general background information on International business law. The pages introduce the issues, parties and institutions to be covered during the course.
