Comparative Alternative Dispute Resolution

This course is a study of mediation, arbitration, and other non-litigation processes of dispute resolution and their use in the United States, the United Kingdom and other countries. Some special emphasis will be placed on arbitration law and international arbitration, including the enforcement of arbitration agreements, the limits of arbitrability, and the enforcement of arbitration awards.
