Comparative Constitutional Law

This course provides a comparative study of the constitutional systems of two or more nations.  Topics may include the scope of executive, legislative, and judicial powers; due process and equal protection; freedom of speech and religion; and human rights.  The instructor will announce in advance the nations and topics that will be addressed.
