Comparative Constitutional Law: United States and United Kingdom

This course provides a comparative study of the constitutional systems of the United States and the United Kingdom.  Topics may incldue the scope of executive, legislative, and judicial powers; due process and equal protection; freedom of speech and freedom of religion; and human rights.
