Although it is likely that courses will be offered at the same frequency in the future, law faculty are constantly adding to and subtracting from the curriculum to keep pace with current trends, research interests, and student demand. Accordingly, there is no guarantee any particular course will be offered with the same frequency in the future, or that an elective course will be offered at all.
