532 A study of the law governing modern payment systems, focusing primarily on checks, drafts, promissory notes and other forms of negotiable instruments governed by Article 3 of the Uniform Commercial code, and on bank transactions governed by Article 4 of the Uniform Commercial Code and Federal Reserve Board of Governors’ Regulations J and CC. Consideration is also given to some or all of the following: credit and debit card transactions, electronic fund transfers, letters of credit, barter, and cash. Credits:
