Toxic Torts

This course will provide students with an opportunity to study issues involving tort claims that arise from toxic and environmental harm. The course’s primary focus will be on the potential liability of entities that manufacture and process toxic products. The course also will include an overview of the regulation of hazardous waste disposal.
