Judicial Clerkship Informational Meeting
Event Date:
11/11/2009 The Career Services Office will also host a follow-up to the Judicial Clerkship Forum on Wednesday, November 11th at 8:00a.m. in the Great Room. In that program, Anne Marovich will provide more detailed information on OSCAR (Online System for Clerkship Application and Review) and the federal clerkship hiring procedure. Even if you are only thinking about applying for a clerkship, you should plan to attend these programs. They are great opportunities to learn about the process and get answers to your questions. For those who are not familiar with a judicial clerkship – it is not a summer clerkship position, but a 1-2 year post-graduate job working for a judge. A judicial clerkship is a very prestigious and highly sought after position, and is an excellent way to begin a legal career. Having one on your resume can increase your chances of making partner and shorten your partnership track. Event Location(s):
