Submissions

The Review welcomes the submission of unsolicited manuscripts. Citations in manuscripts should follow the form prescribed in A Uniform System of Citation (18th ed. 2005). We regret we can return only those manuscripts for which we receive a postage and handling fee of $3.50 for first class mail.
