2011 Alabama Appellate Courts Oral Arguments

The Alabama Supreme Court and the Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals will hold Oral Arguments at the Wright Center from 9:00 AM to NOON on Thursday, October 6, 2011.  The event is co-hosted by Cumberland School of Law and the Birmingham Bar Foundation, the charitable arm of the Birmingham Bar Association.

SCHEDULE FOR THE ORAL ARGUMENTS:

8:30 AM  - Student Seating

9:00 AM - Welcome and Introductions

9:30 AM - 10:30 AM - Alabama Supreme Court

10:45 AM - 11:45 AM - Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals

12:00 PM - Dismissed

All Cumberland Students are invited to attend.

The arguments will be open to the public free of charge.
