Judge Dubina ’73 Receives Award From the American Inns of Court
At the Celebration of Excellence of the American Inns of Court held at the Supreme Court of the United States this past Saturday, October 19, Judge Joel F. Dubina, of the Class of 1973, was awarded the Lewis F. Powell Award for Professionalism and Ethics. The award is given each year to recognize a person who has rendered exemplary service to the legal profession in the areas of professionalism, civility and ethics. Judge Dubina is a judge with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
Previous recipients of this award include Justice William Brennan and Justice Anthony Kennedy.
