Regional Mock Trial Tournament

Host American Mock Trial Association Regional Competition
February 27 and 28, 2010

The Regional Mock Trial Tournament of the American Mock Trial Association (AMTA) will be hosted by Samford University and Cumberland School of Law on the University’s campus Saturday and Sunday, February 27 and 28, 2010. 

AMTA serves as the governing body for intercollegiate mock trial competitions. Undergraduate college students develop critical thinking and public speaking skills, as well as a knowledge of legal practices and procedures through participation in trial simulations in competition with teams from other institutions. Thirty teams will be competing here for the honor of representing their University at the National Finals later this spring.
