Rule of Law Conference
The conference will begin at 9:15 AM and will include a keynote address by William Winter, the former governor of Mississippi. Following Governor Winter’s address, there will be a multi-disciplinary panel discussion about the rule of law. Break out sessions will take place from 11:15 to noon and will be followed by lunch in the law school Great Room. The American Bar Association is sponsoring one conference in every state devoted to a discussion of the Rule of Law. Cumberland has been chosen to host the conference for Alabama. It will take place in the Moot Court Room of the Law School on Friday, October 24. The conference is a multi-disciplinary conference which seeks to foster discussion and collaboration among various disciplines.
