Register with OrgSync to get an Organization Communications Portal

Setting up a new organization on Samford’s OrgSync site:

Materials you will need:

  1. Membership Roster (any word document, excel sheet will do – you will upload it with your application)
  2. Organization constitution/by-laws (you will upload it with your application)
  3. Other information would be standard information (president name, advisor name, leadership contact, organization purpose, etc.)

To register a new organization:

  1. Browse to http://samford.orgsync.com
  2. Click the Red link to Log In to Samfordsync
  3. Authenticate on the Samford CAS system
  4. Click the green button for Browse Organizations
  5. Click the green button for Register New Organization
  6. Click Campus Life at Samford and click the Select button
  7. Complete all required fields. For Category, choose Cumberland Law School
  8. Click Next and the rest of the fields requested should be self-explanatory

Once you’ve completed the form, email jmwhitco@samford.edu to have the new registration approved.
